Midsummer Capital, LLC is a New York City based investment manager that advises the Midsummer Group of Funds ("Midsummer"). Midsummer acts as a fundamental investor with a medium-term horizon (2 to 3 years) in exchange-listed small to mid-size growth companies.

Midsummer provides financing by subscribing to private placements of convertible debt, quasi-equity or equity from such firms.

In doing so, Midsummer offers companies with capital needs in the $5 million to $50 million range a quick, flexible, management-time efficient and discreet alternative to the public capital markets.

Midsummer prides itself in making management-friendly investments to finance growth and in aligning its interests with that of shareholders through both the structuring and the management of its investment.

Midsummer works with and through the company's traditional investment and legal advisors, does not receive fees in any form for its investments, and remains a silent partner.

In the nearly seven years since inception, Midsummer has completed more than 200 investments, providing close to $400 million of growth capital to approximately 80 companies and leading more then two-thirds of these transactions.

Midsummer Capital officially became a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC on January 23, 2006 and is committed to providing transparency, accountability, and consistent performance to its investors.
